Homeward Bound Procedures 

1. Get in touch either by sending a message on the official Facebook page, contacting me directly on 07460351251 or the contact page on this website. Whether it’s a general enquiry, a question or a booking. 
2. I will answer any questions and ask you for some info so I can tell you a little about myself and give you a quote etc. 
3. I will arrange a time to come and meet yourself and the pets. At the meeting all official paper work (including insurance and pet first aid qualifications) will be shown to the owner and as long as the owner is happy to proceed a form will be completed with all the booking details. Bookings can then be confirmed.

PAYMENT - Dog Walking
Payments are to be made every Friday to secure the following week's walks. This is preferable done via bank transfer. 

PAYMENT - Pet Sitting 
Any booking which exceeds £100 must pay a £50 deposit upon booking. This will be none refundable if cancelled by the client, if for some reason we had to cancel then this would be fully refundable. The remaining amount can then be paid at any point up until the Friday prior to the booking start date. 

CANCELLATION POLICY 
Once payment has been made the Friday prior to the booking, refunds will not be offered for cancellations due to disruption to the diary and our inability to fill that slot at such short notice.
